Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the conduct required of anyone using bnbtech.ae, and of clients and their personnel using systems, environments or services operated or supplied by Blocks N Bytes Technologies. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
General principle
You must use this website and any system we provide lawfully, honestly, and in a way that does not impair the security, availability or integrity of the service for anyone else.
Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to this website, its hosting environment, or any account, system or network connected to it.
- Conduct vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, load testing or any other intrusive assessment of our infrastructure without our prior written authorisation.
- Introduce malware, or attempt to interfere with, degrade or disrupt the website or the systems of other users.
- Harvest data from this website by automated means, including scraping contact details for unsolicited communication.
- Submit false, misleading or impersonating information through our enquiry forms or the BNB Bot advisor.
- Use our forms or contact channels to transmit unlawful, defamatory, obscene or infringing material, or unsolicited commercial communication.
- Reproduce, resell or commercially exploit any part of this website or our documentation without written permission.
Client environments and credentials
Where we provide access to development, staging or production environments as part of an engagement, access credentials are issued to named individuals and must not be shared, transferred or reused outside the agreed scope.
You must notify us without delay if you believe credentials have been disclosed, an account has been compromised, or an environment has been accessed by someone who should not have access.
Security research and responsible disclosure
We welcome good-faith reports of security weaknesses in this website. If you believe you have found one, email [email protected] with enough detail to reproduce it.
Please do not access, modify or delete data belonging to others, do not degrade the service, and do not publish details before we have had a reasonable opportunity to remediate. Reports made on that basis will be handled constructively and we will not pursue action against a researcher acting in good faith within these limits.
Our testing services
Penetration testing and security assessment services are provided only under a signed engagement that records the authorised scope, the asset owner’s written authorisation, agreed testing windows and escalation contacts. We do not test assets you do not own or cannot demonstrate authority over, and we will decline any request framed otherwise.
Monitoring and enforcement
We monitor access to this website for security and abuse-prevention purposes. Where we identify conduct that breaches this policy, we may restrict or block access, suspend affected accounts or environments, and where the conduct may constitute an offence, report it to the competent UAE authorities.

To report misuse of this website or of any system we operate, contact [email protected]. Reports concerning an active security incident should be marked urgent in the subject line.
This document applies to bnbtech.ae and to the services of Blocks N Bytes Technologies. Where a signed services agreement is in place, that agreement prevails to the extent of any conflict.
