About the firm
Blocks N Bytes Technologies was founded on a simple observation: the Gulf has no shortage of technology vendors, and a serious shortage of technology judgement.
Our position
The name is the method. Blocks is the structural work — enterprise architecture, ERP, standard operating procedures, the documented foundations an organisation stands on. Bytes is what moves across them — data, applications, security, demand. Firms in this market usually do one competently and the other as an afterthought. We treat them as a single discipline because that is how they fail.
We are deliberately a senior firm. There is no large junior bench waiting to absorb your budget after the proposal is signed, and no incentive to extend a programme past the point of value. Our founding partners carry between fifteen and thirty years each, and they remain on the work.
We operate from Dubai, we deliver in English and Arabic, and we build for the regulatory and operational reality of the UAE rather than retrofitting a template designed for another market.

How we work
The engineers who scope your programme are the engineers who build it. Nothing is quietly handed down to a junior bench after the proposal is signed.
Architecture, scope and acceptance criteria are documented and signed off before development starts — which is why our change requests are rare and our estimates hold.
Source code, cloud accounts, domains, store listings and documentation are registered to you from day one. There is no commercial leverage in holding your assets hostage.
VAT treatment, WPS payroll, PDPL obligations, Arabic RTL and free-zone structures are designed in from the start — not discovered during user acceptance testing.
If a project should not be built, or should be built smaller, we say so in the first meeting. That has cost us work and earned us clients who stay a decade.
Support agreements, monitoring and a quarterly roadmap review are part of the standard engagement. Launch day is a milestone, not an exit.
